Likestilling
Fiskeridirektoratet arbeidar systematisk for likestilling og og inkludering.
Aktivt arbeid for likestilling og mot diskriminering følgjer av likestillings- og diskrimineringslova, arbeidsmiljølova, hovudavtalen i staten, hovudtariffavtalane i staten og statens arbeidsgjevarpolitikk.
Direktoratet har også ein aktiv likestillingsplan som oppfyller krava til Horizon Europa programmet.
English: Gender equality and inclusion
Active work for equality and against discrimination follows from the Equality and Anti-Discrimination Act, the Working Environment Act, the Basic Agreement for State Employees, the Basic Collective Agreement and the state's employer policy.
The Directorate of Fisheries works systematically with gender equality and inclusion in line with the relevant laws and regulations. The Directorate also has an active gender equality plan that meets the requirements of the Horizon Europe program.
